During (one of) your last manual payments, you enabled the auto-recharge service. This feature means that once your credit is about to expire or if your balance is low, your account will automatically be recharged with the amount selected on this initial payment. By recharging your account, your new and old credit will then be valid for another 12 months from the moment of purchase.
When does my credit expire?
With Auto-Recharge enabled, you’ll never have to worry about an expiration date.
Without auto-recharge enabled, if you do not purchase new credit within 12 months after your last successful payment, the credits will expire and become invalid. With auto-recharge enabled, this does not happen.
Would you rather keep track of expiring credit yourself?
If you’d rather not have auto-recharge enabled anymore, send an email to support@talk360.com
